Hiller Commercial Floors - 5 Year Installaion Warranty

Hiller Commercial Floors will warranty the flooring installation for a period of 5 years. The warranty will cover loss of adhesion, seam repair, de-lamination, loose base, or transitions. Should any of these conditions occur, Hiller Commercial Floors will repair the situation at no cost. Moisture related problems, damage, or improper cleaning will not be under warranty.

Hiller Commercial Floors - 10 Year Carpet Warranty

Hiller Commercial Floors will warrant the performance on your carpet for 10 years from installation date. Should your carpet not perform for 10 years, Hiller Commercial Floors will replace it on a pro-rated basis at 10% per year, cost of the carpet only. Example: A carpet was purchased for $1,000.00 material cost. At the end of 5 years, it needed to be replaced. The credit would be 50% or $500.00. Damage, moisture conditions, fading and improper cleaning will not be under warranty
